Our guest speaker will be Anne Solomons, ACC. She will be discussing, “Employee Engagement and Retention”.
Anne Solomons, President and founder of Touch Point Training Consultants, is originally from New York, resided in the UK for almost a decade and has lived in South Florida for the past 30 years. With over 25 years’ experience in the talent development industry, Anne is a dynamic, impactful facilitator, speaker and coach.
Anne is a professional certified coach through ICF (International Coaching Federation) and holds 4 copyrights and trademarks for programs she’s designed in Leadership Development, Communication, Sales and Customer Service, Culture and Accountability. Additionally, Anne is a certified practitioner with Integrity Solutions, Franklin Covey, DDI’s Targeted Selection behavioral interviewing and Myers Briggs MBTI personality types.
Anne partners with organizations to build a culture that develops leaders and empowers teams, creating long term and sustainable business success. She is passionate about helping people and organizations by providing fun, memorable and engaging training programs.
Some of her clients include: Miami Heat, Pelican Grand Beach Resort, Margaritaville, Brimstone Restaurant Group, Marriott Hotels, Hilton Hotels, AutoNation, BE Aerospace and The Napa Valley Wine Train to name a few.
Anne’s volunteer activities include Board of Directors for ATD (Association for Talent Development) serving 2 terms as President of the South Florida chapter, past board member of the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association, and various community activities including Feeding South Florida, and various walks and fundraisers.
